MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: JOIN OR RENEW MEMBERSHIP

• Gallery staffing of 14 hours, per show in which you are exhibiting, is a requirement at the time your work is displayed in Gallery 223.  

 

•Volunteerism is key to GLAF.  Revenues from GLAF sponsored events cover the majority of our overhead expenses.  Our premier event, Art in the Park (AITP), is held each year during the second week of August.  As an organization run solely by member artists, volunteering is an important element in the success of AITP.  AITP revenues provide the majority of our annual expenses which keep our doors open for the public to enjoy our members’ artwork, as well as help keep your annual dues to a minimum.  Please answer the call for volunteers for this event and at other times volunteering is needed throughout the year. 

 

•Membership dues are annual (January - December) and recognized for the year dues are paid, unless otherwise noted. Dues are not pro-rated. (i.e. If you pay in November, the following year’s dues are due in January.)

• Only active members may participate in member only events or exhibit in the Gallery 223 shows.

 

• Refunds for membership dues will be applied only if request for a refund is made within 60 days of the date of paid membership, and none of the member benefits were utilized (i.e., exhibiting in Gallery exhibits, attending member only events; and website images were not uploaded).  A $10.00 service fee will be deducted from dues refund.
