My passion for the creative process has always been a driving force in my life, encompassing areas such as folk art, floral design, and crafting. It wasn't until later in my journey that I truly committed to pursuing my love for art.
Nature serves as my greatest inspiration, which led me to study horticulture and to focus more on the art of landscapes. Understanding my subjects has allowed me to observe nature in intricate detail and express it through a dynamic palette of vibrant colors.
Once I discovered the magic of watercolor, I saw the potential to capture the beauty of nature in bold and vivid hues. I thrive on experimenting with diverse styles, techniques, and mediums, constantly challenging myself and my art. My favorite mediums—watercolor and acrylics—enable me to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.
Being a part of GLAF has empowered me to further develop my artistic voice and explore unique ways to interpret what I see and feel in nature. I am excited about the journey ahead and the endless opportunities for growth as an artist.
