At the young age of 13, Albert was given a camera as a school graduation gift. The process of making photos was fascinating and became a lifelong passion. At the age of 22, Albert was employed by a commercial photo studio and was introduced to the world of commercial photography for advertising. Four short years later Albert, along with a partner, founded their own studio which was successful for over 40 years and scored numerous industry awards. In the early years of business, Albert was busy photographing fashion and cosmetics, but later turned his attention to photographing food for packaging, restaurants and food manufacturers.
In addition to photography, Haute Cuisine has long been another of Albert’s passions, so this move to food photography was very natural and he was hired by several of the worlds top celebrity chefs. After a few years of retired life in the Caribbean Albert and his wife moved to Lake Geneva.
